Event passport

When attending County or National Explorer events you don't necessarily need your Unit leaders to take you.

Explorers can attend without leaders providing they have an event passport completed by a leader holding an appropriate 'Nights Away Permit'. Your leaders should be able to arrange this.

Event Passport

The Event Passport is a document confirming that your leader is happy that you have the relevant skills to camp without their direct support during the specified event.

The Event Passport should be brought completed to the event along with any other required documents which your leader should be able to provide you (e.g. a Nights Away Information Form).

Your leader will also need to submit a NAN form prior to the event and complete any other requirements as stated by POR. If any assistance or advice is required please contact us.
